We don't just teach sport.
We plant the foundations
of who children become.

Y-Ultimate is a data-driven NGO operating at the intersection of sport, education, and social impact. Since 2015, our structured life-skills curriculum — The Playbook — has been embedded into schools and community organisations across India, using Ultimate Frisbee as the vehicle for transformation.

HOW WE
CULTIVATE
CHANGE

01 Train the Coach +

We equip coaches with a structured life-skills pedagogy — transforming them from sport instructors into mentors who model values, facilitate reflection, and track growth.

02 Embed in Institutions +

We partner with schools and NGOs to embed our programme directly — reaching children in the spaces they already inhabit, removing every barrier to access.

03 Play, Reflect, Grow +

Every session follows a structured arc: warm-up, drill, game, and facilitated reflection. The disc is the hook. The lesson is the root.

04 Measure & Scale +

We track outcomes rigorously — attendance, skills progress, qualitative change — and publish findings publicly. Evidence drives every decision to expand.
